• If an item is damaged during shipment, please take a picture and send it to us.
• Claims of damage and pictures of damage, should be received by us within 7 days of the receipt of the item.
• Once we review your picture, we will either immediately replace your item, ship a replacement, or refund your purchase price + shipping.
• There is no need to ship the item back to us provided you have sent a clear photograph.
